| The subject stems from computer process control laboratory construction project in the college of Electronic Information Engineering of Inner Mongolia University. The computer process control lab in the department of Automation bought series of experimental teaching equipment named SUPCON CS4000 from Zhejiang University recently, which can be achieved by DCS, PLC, DDC three ways for process control. In order to further improve the experimental teaching management process and the skills of students. In this paper, based on Siemens PLC and WinCC monitoring software and the basis of existing resources in the laboratory, the experimental process monitoring system has been designed.This paper do some research on the basic of controlled object of experimental process and propose the method of design according to the design requirements. TCP/IP communication mode makes the CS4000 process control experimental teaching equipment in the laboratory interconnected to LAN via PLC through Switch; The structure of the system is a three-layer network structure, including the field device layer, control layer and management layer. Equipment used in the field device level analog signals for signal transmission.Students complete experiments in the control layer by PC client, while management layer is for teachers to monitor each student experiment by engineering station. Using SIEMENS WinCC 7.0, picture configuration, variable link has been done for laboratory equipment. In the condition the experiment can be monitored and controlled, the corresponding experiment also adds variable recording and alarms recording configuration. This achieve the records of the every student experiment history and the check of alarm which enables teachers to know students’ experiments quality.This system has been preliminary completed. After the equipment commissioning, the system equipment operates normally. It can provide basis of the assessment for the computer process control experiment. |
