Along with the expansion of the industrial enterprise scale, the supervisory system has also developed a lot. Feedstuff system is defined as a producing system, in which, many kinds of stuffs are combing and before the production is maken, a series of steps such as crushing, mixing and spewing should be done. The update of the information and network technology make the new generation feedstuff system integrate with internet and more open to all device and application.This paper combined real situation of production system and design requirements, make some research on multi-PLC data acquisition, human management interface and remote monitor basing on WinCC, OPC and Visual Basic. The major of achievements are as follows:For making full use of the old hardware configurations, considering the economic factor, take the Siemens and Omron PLCs as the hardware control equipments. The control program contains four modules- bin controlling, scales controlling, hand-add controlling and mixer controlling. What is more, complete the communication setting between WinCC and Omron PLC by OPC technology.Design the human management interface basing on WinCC with the function of monitoring, alarms, configuration setting. Variables addressing and data exchange of feedstuff direction document are the key program points. For the variable addressing, proposes the method of setting the middle tags to realize variables value display in real time with using structure tags to eliminate the complexities of tag naming. For the feedstuff direction document, make full use of the open characters of WinCC, and carry out two ways to exchange data with windows applications-text and excel.In accordance with different requirements of inside and outside workshop networks, build two-clients-one-server OPC structure as C/S module and web navigator for internet/intranet browse as B/S module with creativities using the mixed structure of C/S and B/S modules theory.Design and complete the information management software on Visual Basic, include monitoring, alarms, data report and configurations download. Build a SQL2000 manufactory database using ADO/SQL technology to make up the disadvantages of WinCC in data storage and report release.The system described in this paper carries out the data exchange around the whole system, enhances the entire industry automation level, and makes obvious economic profit.
