People's need to the electric power gradually rises along with the quick development of our country national economy, and the huge electric power construction brings unprecedented opportunity and challenge for transformer profession's radiator pieces manufacture. On the one hand, huge market need makes the business enterprises have the ample motive for producing, on the other hand, business enterprises are still using laggard product line because of the influence of objective factor, just as price etc. The most urgently resolved problems of the line are low efficiency, low capability and absence of automation degree currently. So, it is very necessary to adopt new technique to recast the traditional control system.Fieldbus is a new technique which created and developed with this situation. Fieldbus is a new cross subject, which includes the last progeny of mult-techinque, such as autocontrol,numerical communication,net,computer,intelligent sensor etc. Fieldbus control system is created after simulation instrument control system,direct digital control systercu distributed control system. It adapts industrial control system's direction of decentralization,net and intelligence. It becomes the global industrial auto technique's hotspot as soon as creation , and it will be the best choice to recast the traditional control system.This paper researched process fieldbus which had huge influence in process control area, and applied it in recasting system of radiator pieces product line. Firstly this paper gave recasting design for the main problem of radiator pieces product line, studied and researched PROFIBUS's basic character,agreement configuration,transmission technique and bus keeping agreement. This paper introduced and contrasted PROFIBUS-DP,PROFIBUS-FN,PROFIBUS-PA technique respectively. Secondly, it introduced Siemens industrial communication net, researched and built the MPI net and PROFIBUS net. Finally, it designed a PLC control system and monitor system of radiator pieces product line, which included PROFIBUS net configuration,built communication and complied control programme. The system monitored the whole product line real time, touched off alarm in time and made important parameter pigeonhole by configuration software WinCC.
