With the rapid development of the polyurethane(PU) industry, how to improve the automation degree of the production process has become an important topic in the research of industry.According to the entrusted project about PU reactor control system design of AnLi Artificial Leather Co.,LTD,this thesis made study and proposed solutions.After a careful analysis on mainstream computer control system,and combined with the system of large scale, high complexity characteristics, PU reactor control system is decided to be Distributed Control System(DCS) with high reliability and perfect function,and the development process of the system is expounded.The system adopts Siemens S7-300series of PLC as the control core,using the configuration software WinCC to build management platform of man-machine interface,using the Ethernet to come to pass the data communication between them,and by controlling the pump、valve、motor and other executive structures to accomplish the control tasks, comprehensive application of the control theory, network communication, configuration software, PLC, detection and sensor,and more other technologies.This thesis makes simple introduction about PU industry overview, mainstream computer system, Ethernet communication setting and some application software,but focuses on the system hardware circuit design,software design and man-machine interface design.The purpose of this thesis is to achieve the Hand/Automatic work modes and the requirement of valve linkage atomation control.Then the efficiency of production and the level of antomation control is improved,and the burden of production is lightened.This system achieved sorting operation using host computer WinCC interface, and in the Toledo weighing system by joining the weighing control logic,the design is specification, and the actual operation is stable and reliable,which fully meeted the requirements of the production process and achieved the expected control effect.Withmore, the design of this system is classical and expansibility.It’s a successful reference example for similar process of chemical production.
