As everybody knows, nowadays, the air pollution is still very serious problem. The sintering flue gas emissions in industry is also a factor to the atmospheric pollution. Along with the national environmental policy requirements, the flue gas desulfurization denitration governance are increasingly on the agenda. Aim to the project of flue gas desulfurization from the company, I have designed a set of desulphurization process monitoring and control system, and I would expound the main functions of the monitoring system from software level.At first, I analyzed the harm of sintering flue gas, and then introduced the current domestic desulfurization denitration technology development situation. According to the core of this desulphurization control engineering functional requirements, I put forward the overall design scheme of monitoring and control system. The system used C/S architecture in generally, and also designed a redundant system in order to guarantee the security. This system developed on the WinCC configuration software as an upper computer, with the C script function, realized the automatic control in industrial production.Secondly, I designed five function modules according to the actual functional requirements of engineering for this monitoring system. I would expound two of the core functions in this article:desulphurization purification subsystem and activated coke regeneration subsystem in detail. The system not only realized the real-time monitoring of whole process of flue gas desulfurization technology, but also had data acquisition, processing, generate reports, self-diagnosis, alarm and historical curve query and other functions.Then system used SQL Server for tools, completed the design of the database. Not only designed the traditional tables such as management information and data information, but also designed the operation records and alarm information table, which was convenient for operation personnel real-time monitoring abnormal tracking information. It has achieved the function of flexible query, real-time management of large amounts of data.Finally, through debugging stage, the system has used in the engineering project. In the actual operation of the project, each performance index can meet the design requirements, which has achieved the target of real-time monitoring of the flue gas desulfurization project.
