Complex working environment set a higher request to environment adaptability and reliability of our country’s products from several areas, such as aerospace, weapons, engineering vehicles, etc. Therefore it’s necessary to establish a large environmental simulation laboratory, realize various high-precision simulation of environmental conditions in it, then test the products through environmental simulation experiment whether they are environmental adaptability and reliability. Experiment demands for safe and stable operation of equipment, good control of performance and a high level of information management. That is to say, it will be of great importance in developing monitoring system for this experiment.In this dissertation, development processes of monitoring system for environmental simulation experiment are introduced. At first, field device, process-flow and functional requirements of this project are illustrated and whole design plan of monitoring system is given. Secondly, configuration software of WinCC is chosed to complete function of upper monitor, including building C/S system’s structure, establishment of Industrial Ethernet communication and variable between upper and lower system, frame structure design and interface function modules such as login, parameter setting, system’s schematic diagram, alarm, etc, and C script control processes of all experiments. Moreover, with ’VBScript’ script programming, database access is completed based on ADO technology, Together with WinCC’s open function of ActiveX control and Excel data export, database management system of parameter and prototype is achieved. Finally, this article takes high temperature control system in hot-humid chamber as an example, control algorithm based on traditional PID and fuzzy PID are designed respectively, control effect are compared after debugging, results have proved the effectiveness of improved control strategies.
