Human resource management is to refer to human resources policy and corresponding management action in enterprises. In recent years, with the development of administrative network-rization, diversify and globalization, it become important principles of management field gradually and display people-oriented characteristic. College is an intensive knowledge employee organization, human resources information system is benefit to administration and added value for enterprise core----knowledge employee. At present, the college is confronted with vary factors such as social development, policy change, and former means and simple technological process haven't adapted to the development. Meanwhile, the expansion of the scope of human resource management, resulting in the type and quantity of data greatly increased, large amounts of data collection, processing and mining, need the help of advanced information technology tools. For the specific characteristics of institutions of higher learning, to design appropriate information systems to help achieve true human resource management.Sichuan vocational and technical college had fund for a long period of years, which has more than 12,000 enrolled students. According to the present China's situation and needs of human management in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, Human Resource Management Information technology needs, this system introduces realization methods of human management and key technology. On the basis of analyzing the implementation process of human management in this college, it has achieved system requirements analysis, system design, detailed design and coding.The system uses the B/S structure mode, ASP.NET application development tools is used as the tool of exploitation and C # work as development language and SQL Server 2005 is used as a database. System consists of six main modules: user management; departmental management; staff management; payroll management; information search and system settings. It has covered the basic content of human resource management in Sichuan vocational and technical college. Testing result indicates this system can meet the needs of user and high efficiency is improved in terms of human management.
