The measurement system of amplification conversion circuit is of great importance to the mass production,examination and acceptance of the amplification transforming circuit board. It’s an important part of the acceptance link, This subject research is aimed at developping an amplification conversion circuit test equipment in collaboration with a Chinese research institute. This equipment is required to meet the demands of measuring the output frequency of amplification conversion circuit board in within a certain temperature range as well as satisfying the needs of debugging and testing.Amplification conversion circuit is also known as the I/F conversion circuit. In an I/F conversion circuit,when a rated constant current source signal is input into the circuit board, the corresponding frequency of the pulse signal will be recieved from the output end. This circuit was widely used in missiles, radar, and the other important military equipments as a unit circuit. The traditional method of testing an amplification conversion circuit measurement system is to test one circuit board in one temperature cycle time. When more than one amplification transforming circuit boards need to be tested,there will be more than one temperature cycles, which will not only increase the workload of the operator but also lower the working efficinecy by spending a large amount of time. In order to get rid of disadvantages of traditional test methods, this paper proposes a distributed five amplification conversion circuit measurement system. Compared to the traditional testing system, it can effectively improve the testing accuracy and save a lot of time by reducing the workload of the operator,thus improving the efficiency of the test. In this system, commands to the products can be made through local area network to make sure the instantaneity of the information of the tested products,data can be uploaded to the database to ensure their accuracy.In this paper, based on the detailed analysis of the measurement principle and the measurement method of the amplification transforming circuit, and in combination with the testing system and the technical requirements, the testing system with five I/F amplification conversion circuit board is designed. This system mainly comprises the following parts:IPC, PCI-6602 of the counting board, PCI-6221 of the multi-function board, Enlarge Transform Circuit Testing instrument,7651 constant current source and the high-low temperature box.During the test, amplification transforming circuit boards are placed inside the high-low temperature box. When the box reaches the preset temperature, the instrument will provide a precise current signal by a constant current suorce. When the current signal goes through the amplification transforming box,transmit the current signal into frequency information and collect the signal by Lab VIEW software and save it into the corresponding database. The circuit can be tested by manufacturers directly through local area network.When a product needs to be test, operator can use the information from the database to increase the instantaneity of the test and lower the risk of inproper manual operations. This system,based on local area network,is intended to realize the remote monitoring of tested information.
