In recent years,the mobile phone industry is extremely competitive,how to improve production efficiency,improve product quality,reduce operating costs should be seriously thought about by enterprises.In the process of improving management level,the realization of information technology becomes particularly important.During the process of introducing information technology,although many systems such as data processing system,workshop control system and quality management system have been developed and used,some problems such as information island due to lack of information transmission among the various systems,lack of monitor the process in real time,lack of traceability the product information and lack of customer system interface are still existed.In view of the shortcomings mentioned above,this thesis makes use of the manufacturing execution system's capability of connection between the upper level enterprise planning system and the lower level control system to design and implement one manufacturing execution system which is convenient and adaptable to the development needs of mobile phone industry.Based on combination of B/S and C/S mode,C# language technology and Oracle relational database,this thesis completes the development of manufacturing execution system of mobile phone industry.The system technology architecture adopts modularization design concept,and uses the technologies of ASP.NET?XML?RFC and crystal report to complete the development of system.The functions of the system include office maintenance,test data collection,middle server,customer system integration and reporting system.The main work and innovations of this system mainly include:1.The origin and development process of MES are studied,and the possibility and detailed requirements of developing MES are discussed according to the actual needs of enterprises,and the solutions are put forward.2.To meet the requirement,the system architecture framework and the key technologies to implement the system are analyzed.The selection of hardware platform and software structure is studied.3.The integration of the system and the customer system is analyzed and realized,focusing on the integration of the MES system and the SAP system,and the integration of the MES system and the customer system.4.Combined with the application of key technologies,the realization of the main functions of each module is expounded.The MES developed by this thesis,not only satisfies requirement of mobile phone products division,but also achieves the major customer's requirement.Meanwhile,this project developed system is also implemented to other sites overseas as a sample and acquire good effect.
