Plasma display panel Devices is the latest display Devices which have the advantages of thinness, style,the better color levels and color restored,the devices especially suitable for large-screen color TV. The PDP Module is composed by panel,drive &control circuit board component, signal&power cable and structural component. The quality of the display module is large extent determined by the quality of the driver &control circuit board component. Therefore ,it is the key process technology that the manufacturing process of the driver &control circuit board component. This article is on the design function circuit test equipment of Y drive board to optimize the circuit board manufacturing process.In this Dissertation, the analysis of production process on circuit board components is to exploit the key process of the circuit board manufacturing. After the circuit test is defined key manufacturing process, it is very important to develope a new, low-cost circuit board test system.The LabView was carried out as the core structure of the system.The machine acquired the Y board output waveform by the data acquisition card DAQ,then the data through the PCI slot delivering into the Industrial Personal Computer. It is by the data analysis and waveform restored to judge the circuit components is qualified or not.In order to facilitate the operation and improve manufacture efficiency,we design a set of Y board fixture in the external circuit. Data acquisition was used 8-bit DAQ card, single mode of termination. For the purpose of improving the matching system,the power use PDP Module power supply unit.
