Manufacturing industry is one of the most important parts of national economy.In recent years,Chinese manufacturing industry's traditional strength showed a trend of decreasing year by year.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the country has introduced manufacturing 2025 and supply side reform of manufacturing industry measures,wishing to promote Chinese manufacturing from low-end to high-end.Overall,Chinese manufacturing is faced with excess production capacity,serious homogenization,low product quality,struggling technical breakthrough,inefficiency of social excellent manufacturing resources sharing and so on.In order to solve the series of problems manufacturing industry is facing such as excess production capacity,serious homogenization,low product quality,struggling technical breakthrough,inefficiency of social excellent manufacturing resources sharing and so on,people proposed servitization,informatization,intelligentization,and customization of manufacturing industry.Then,in order to realize servitization,informatization,intelligentization,and customization,the predecessors also explored not a few.The methods they proposed include networking manufacturing,Manufacturing Grid,virtual enterprise,Internet of Things,Cyber-Physical System,Industry 4.0,large-scale customization,Cloud Manufacturing technologies and so on.Thereinto,Cloud Manufacturing is a developing technology and it is has potential in realizing servitization,informatization,intelligentization,and customization of manufacturing industry.At present,what is critical is to solve the problems on the research of Cloud Manufacturing.The problems contains:(1)lack of understanding on the present state of manufacturing industry,the theoretical level is high,but it is hard for ground connection;(2)researches on discovery and matching technologies are not few,but these researches cannot well meet the needs of discovery and matching for cloud manufacturing services;(3)the classification of manufacturing resources directly affects cloud manufacturing mode,but previous ways of classification has not consider the existing organization mode of manufacturing industry,which results in the designed cloud manufacturing mode is hard to be applied in the existing manufacturing industry;(4)lack of researches on the execution of manufacturing task including execution process and process monitoring,which is the most important things after manufacturing service matching.Aim at the short of previous researches on cloud manufacturing above mentioned,this article proposed corresponding solutions,and the main research achievements include:(1)Proposed the method of manufacturing industries servitization based on cloud-based business model and the down-to-earth implementary path.Analyzed the current situation of manufacturing industry informatizaiton and servitization.Proposed the servitization method.Provided mode-and method-reference for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and enterprises.(2)Conducted cloud manufacturing mode,system and architecture researches.Proposed the architecture,application mode and service mode of cloud manufacturing service platform(CMSP).Provided the technology architecture of CMSP based on SOA.(3)Conducted cloud manufacturing service matching and optimum selection researched.Proposed ontology based layered matching method on manufacturing service.Researched on the manufacturing service optimum method selection based on variable precision rough set.(4)Proposed cloud manufacturing oriented manufacturing execution system(CMoMES).Based on the needs of cloud manufacturing service platform and the characteristics of existing manufacturing execution system,provided the interactive method between CMSP and CMoMES,and proposed the key technologies and methods of cloud manufacturing oriented manufacturing execution system.(5)Conducted the combined application verification on CMSP and CMoMES.Verified the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper on manufacturing service discovery,matching,optimum selection and cloud manufacturing task execution.
