With the expanding scale of China’s natural gas exploration, traditional manual inspection of the production can not meet the demand of information technology field. To change the mode of the gas wells production by using computer technology, communication technology and sensor technology is of great significance to ensure the safety of natural gas and improve the efficiency of mining. This paper comes from the project of natural gas well stations monitoring requirements, and designs a natural gas well stations remote monitoring system based on GPRS network.This paper gives the whole system designing scheme according to analysis gas production process and the actual needs of users based on SCADA system specification. On the basis of the overall design, the paper realizes the communication between monitoring unit and monitoring center by GPRS network, chooses equipment such as RTU, smart flowmeter and sensors to build monitoring unit, developes a set of unified message transmission protocol between monitoring unit and monitoring center through the analysis of the communication protocol of each equipment, then analyzes the software functions of monitoring unit. This paper introduces design and function of monitoring center software in detail, and then analyzes the solutions to improve the remote monitoring system based on Web.The monitoring system is designed and implemented based on Client/Server and Browser/Server software structure using.NET Framework as development platform, Visual Studio and SQL Server as development tools. The system uses C/S structure to complete data gathering and control command issuing of monitoring center and monitoring unit, uses B/S structure to provide HMI and system operation-interface, combines Ajax technology and SignalR framework to update the device monitoring information and alarm information, and realizes data display interface based on Web GIS to monitor monitoring information and alarm information directly. The system realizes functions of natural gas well station such as remote monitoring, process flow display, alarm information display and processing, image capture, data management, system management and other characteristics. It can meet the natural gas station remote monitoring requirements. |
