Central heating mode is widely used in the northern region in winter. The real-time monitoring is needed for the scattered and various parameters of heat transfer station in different locations so that the equipments can operate normally. At the same time, according to the scene to monitor the operation parameters of the heat transfer stations to regulate the central heating running condition to ensure the stability of the entire winter heating operation. At present, the monitoring system through CAN bus is cable mostly in China. CAN bus can transmit directly up to 10KM. If the distance between the central heating and heat transfer station is greater than the distance 10KM, it can not be directly used by CAN bus. If the distance between the central heating and heat transfer stations is far (but less than 10KM), it exists some problems (the difficult construction and the difficult maintenance) even if it can be transmitted through CAN bus. And it wastes the human and financial resources greatly. The following problems will exist if the Modem and telephone lines are used to communicate. The instable Modem dial-up way leads to the interruption. The operators need waiting for the operation for a long time and it can not transmit amount of information. If the communication continues for a long time, the cost for telephone is high. If the communication continues for a short time, it will be lack of feedback report and the real-time alarming feedback. Therefore, the remote monitoring system for heat-supply network which is cheap and convenient is made on the basis of the SHCAN2000 fieldbus control system and the system can transmit remote data through GPRS and CAN as long as the cell phone signal can reach the areas. The remote monitoring system for heat-supply network based on GPRS and CAN realizes the real-time communication between the heating center and the heat transfer stations. It solves some problems in actual projects and improves the automatic level and the industry's management level to a large extent. The automatic heating system in heating project plays an important role and it ensures the high-quality heating, safe operation and economic energy-saving, environmental protection.
