Secondly, discuss the topic design and the overall scheme of the remote monitoring system and the specific technical basis. Thirdly, the PLC and the PC software design and implementation has been introduced in detail in the chapter three. At the end of the paper, came up with the whole software test and the overall situation of the engineering application of the remote monitoring system.In the end, the remote monitoring system has been used in JinShahe noodle manufacturing group company. The result turns out that, this system is stable and reliable, strong replication, widely applicable. It has won the users’ praise. After summarized the results, the paper puts forward the unsolved problems within remote monitoring system and also the application prospect of the intelligent mobile phone using as a monitor terminal in the period of “industry 4.0”.
