Public transport as a newly developed media, mobile TV is an important force in the new media industry, it appears, not only make up for the blank of the audience in the aspect of information received in the travel, can also be a useful tool for the current of public opinion guide. With the development of online media, the excess of information resources and information fragmentation and make all audiences are surrounded by all kinds of information, in multiple social public opinion field, the mainstream media voice is abate, the new media environment of public opinion gradually appear. Meanwhile, China in social transformation, social contradictions highlight the frequent incidents of public crisis, the characteristics of network media information release of anonymity lead to rumour, further stimulate the social contradictions, is not conducive to social harmony, but also need a variety of media have a positive social responsibility and reasonable guide public opinion.
