As the rapid development of the mobile communication technology, mobile phones has been the role of not just as communications equipment in people's daily life. This information dissemination which makes mobile phone as the information collection and display tools and makes communications networks and the Internet as a means of information dissemination network, will bring about a new era of mobile media.Mobile Media has also opened up new channels of dissemination of public opinion, the positive and negative public opinion due to the spread of mobile phone media show the equal force. When some major unexpected incidents occur, public opinion in the manufacture of mobile media plays an increasingly important role in making public opinion, therefore, mobile media should take more and more responsibility of guiding public opinion.In the papers, I used some research methods as content analysis, empirical analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and so on, I introduced something about Mobile Media just as the performance of types, the propagation, the development prospects and development bottlenecks. More importantly, I researched the characteristics of the public opinion from Mobile Media and pointed out the importance of guiding public opinion by Mobile Media. Based on the above, I put forward my views on the discussion and research about guiding public opinion by Mobile Media, and pointed out the normative approach and improvement strategy of guiding public opinion by Mobile Media.
