With the development of market economy, the domestic economy has beengradually to the "customer economy" changes from "product economy" and thereforecustomer relationship management have become the focus of the development ofSMEs. However, there are a lot of customer relationship management system ofdomestic SMEs did not consider their practical needs, the blind on the project,resulting in customer relationship management system installed is not able to achievethe desired objectives of SMEs.Therefore, this article is mainly for SMEs, as well as the characteristics of theSME customer relationship management, customer relationship management systemfor small and medium enterprises to study the following aspects.First, through the SME customer relationship management business analysis,designed using J2EE technology SME customer relationship management system.Secondly, investment in information technology for SMEs fewer problems, acombination of database optimization and overall system optimization approach forSMEs to optimize the customer relationship management system.Finally, using the automatic database backup technology, timing for customerrelationship management system to backup data in the database.Status for SME customers relationship management, using J2EE technologyresearch and SME customer relationship management system. To improve theefficiency of customer relationship management, customer relationship managementto reduce costs, and more effectively promote the further development of SMEs.
