In the environment of rapid development of cloud computing,big data,AI,block-chain processi,and Internet finance,the deficiency of traditional marketing of commercial banks is becoming increasingly prominent.Marketing decisions,especially customer relationship management depend on experience rather than data.Asymmetric information and extensive investment in the Internet make marketing costs very high.In terms of risk prevention and the expansion of the scope of customers,the traditional risk prevention and response model based on manual intervention and on-site inspection can not meet the needs of the new pattern in respect of the cost and reaction speed.Data mining technology of commercial banks is a new technology of business information processing.It's main method is to process,transform and model a large number of customer data and extract valuable key data from it.On the one hand,through analysis of customer behavior preferences,financial status,asset structure,income structure and so on,customer hierarchy and customer view creation can be realized,and customer resource segmentation and customer precise marketing can be effectively implemented.On the other hand,we can get more complete portraits of customers by getting through the internal and external social data of banks,so as to carry out more accurate risk management,and realize automatic capture,monitoring and early warning of abnormal customer information.Based on the development status and existing problems of customer relationship management of Lanzhou bank at this stage,this paper will make full use of big data resources to develop a customer relationship management system in line with the actual situation of Lanzhou bank.Based on big data,customer relationship value theory and customer relationship marketing theory,this paper applies big data technology to customer relationship management,and constructs a customer relationship management system based on customer label system and supported by machine learning model.Relying on the system,we can realize differentiated precision marketing and intelligent risk information early warning in a real sense,and provide guarantee for Lanzhou bank to improve its profitability,expand its business structure,improve its risk management and control level,and enhance its core competitiveness.
