Modbusprotocol is the most widely used communication protocol standards in industrial controlsystem, and it was the first bus protocol truly used in industrial scene in the world. Theprotocol supports the traditional RS-232, RS-422, RS-485and Ethernet device. Manyindustrial equipment using Modbus protocol as the communication standard betweenthem, such as PLC, DCS, intelligent instrument. The control equipment of differentmanufacturers can be connected into a industrial network.In order to improve the level of industry and agriculture network management, thesubject designed a wireless remote monitoring system based on ZigBee wirelesscommunication technology and Modbus protocol. First of all, the data was obtained bysensors and sent to ZigBee module; Then, the data is passed to the coordinator of theZigBee network through ZigBee network; In the end, WIFI network was used in order tosend the data to the PC.The PC controlled the interface by using configuration software, and it can view thescene of the situation more directly, simply.
