Research On ZigBee For Manangement Of Real-Time Network Status

This paper implement ZigBee Networking and Management of Real-Time Systm. For nowadays, ZigBee has been penetrated into various fields of our lives after rapidly development. ZigBee demonstrated its ascendent advantages and vitality in industrial control、illuminate system、smart home and wireless meter reading etc. But considering of number of technical barriers like Sensor Technology, Wireless Communication and Network protocols, It’s make sense to build up a WSN platform based on ZigBee.This text worked out its own ZigBee network plateform and the network status management method based on WinCC. the work include introduced the development status of domestic and foreign,technical specifications,network composition and applications, According to the technical features of ZigBee, proposed the design requirements, Designed the communication node module with function of data collection and publication, Edited the interface of software system. actually, the paper finished all of the hardware module design work and so did the software. Finally, the node stated to work under the scheduling of protocol ZStack1.4.3 which had been added tasks by user to testing its capacity in real occasions. ZigBee users can monitor the entire net by PC interface which had been edited through WinCC IDE, the feedback data from node to PC can transport through RS232 serial port.There two innovation in this text, Firstly, Different production structure can be easily applied to the platform with considerable compatibility to avoid repeat work. the second, the ideas of meter design was also introduced into the system which means that the data from the plateform was reliable.The field tests prove that this article achieved ZigBee network deployment with function of auto data collection and network status monitor. The establishment of the platform lowered the doorsill of ZigBee applications greatly which was the most significant works. The system with the characteristics of stability and reliable on communication. It can be used in most areas of industrial control.
