Personnel management is an important part of university organization management,personel management in Colleges and universities are now facing the main problem isthe large amount of information, personnel information data of high importance,including employee information, performance information, wage sectororganizationsinformation data.And efficient management and sharing information on data perationrequirements, reduce the implementation data redundancy. In our country, with thedevelopment of software technology, computer management information of artificialmanagement to be imperative, personnel management system which developed inCareer Technical College Harbin railway proprietary.Using the development method of software engineering, Career Technical College,Harbin railway through the understanding of the personnel department for the detailedrequirements of the personnel management system, according to thecharacteristics ofcolleges and universities, business process analysis, put forward thefunctionrequirements of the design, according to the functional requirements of eachfunctionmodule.The personnel management system uses a combination of SQL Server2008asabackground database design and implementation of Dephi language, combined withthe actual working process of the personnel department, the use of C/S structure as awhole frame of software development, realize the standardization process.The personnel management system to achieve the unit personnel informationand salaryinformation input, modify, delete, and query. The whole processmanagement and the title, performance, bonuses and other information. In thedevelopment process using the waterfall model combined with the version control insoftware engineering, the process of developing the overall efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the development and design process of the followingaspects:1) Personel management system needs analysis. Starting from the analysis of userneeds, functional requirements and non functional requirements, get the personnelmanagement system conforms to the personnel department of Career TechnicalCollege Harbin railway actual business process, and then use the tools for themodeling of the personnel management system, and analyze the business process andorganization structure, analysis of the case roles and flow of events.2) On the premise of demand analysis, detailed design of the university personnelmanagement system, including the design of each functional module design anddatabase, and the detailed design, including interface, implement the flow chartandcode.3) Finally is run and test the system, select the appropriate server andclient, lap running environment, through the comprehensive test the robustness of thesystem, the problems occurred in tests to quickly find and solve. Finally the testresults.Harbin railway personnel management system of Career Technical College isdesigned and implemented in this paper to avoid data redundancy, informationmanagementimperfect, realizes the electronization and informatization managementof personnel department, put into use, will be a substantial increase in the efficiencyof the personneldepartment. To achieve resource sharing, collaborativeoffice, supporting the leadership decision analysis, complete the examination andapproval of the personnel, wages clearing work, has good application value.
