Before the development of information technology, human resources management of companies relied on manpower statistics, so the work is very heavy, and it no longer adapted to the rapid development of information technology. The development personnel resource management system of rural credit cooperatives can make the management standardization,informatization in rural human resources management work, and its efficiency has been greatly improved, and human resource in a planned way to be arranged, through carries on the reasonable disposition of rural credit cooperatives employee recruitment, training, use, evaluation, motivation, adjustment and so on a series of process, mobilizes the enthusiasm of the employees, plays employee's potential, creating values for rural credit cooperatives and ensuring realization of cooperatives strategic target.This paper describes the implementation process of rural credit cooperative personnel wages assessment management system analysis, design, implementation, and it discusses the system how to use the concept of software engineering realize the goal step by step. After the investigation of system requirements, this paper firstly has an cases analysis by using object oriented analysis method of personnel management module, salary system management module, appraisal management module business needs, and the system realizes the function in the form of use case diagram to visual display, and then every function is described in detail. In cases analysis, understand the specific function of the system should be realized, and have a function design to the system, technology having the architecture design with J2EE platform by using Struts frame technology, has established a set of scalability high system development framework. After functional and technical architecture established, taking some functions for example, it has the detailed design to achieve the business classes, data model classes and control classes, the use of timing diagrams way calling relationships between classes are described, and according to business model designed the data model, uses the database table structure in the further design. Finally, the implementation section, describes the system's operating environment, has a functional display to the realization of the system, and finally describes the implementation of the system. System realizes function module with a core of the personnel salary assessment, and the employee turnover management and employee relationship management realizes the salary management, improving working efficiency and accuracy, and realize the daily performance of employees, realizing the personnel salary evaluation management process, and at the same time to meet the modern office management requirements, and this platform is for the functional expansion and optimization. System design platform from software engineering point of view, analyzes wages for the personnel evaluation system for business needs, and abstract data object model, which can better meet user needs and system features automated design.The realization of system make rural credit cooperatives achieve the realization of the wage assessment of personnel management, real-time having salaries of personnel management, business process assessment, reduces manual operations, and reduces the probability of errors in the process, improves the quality of management personnel wage assessment, finally improving the efficiency of personnel wages assessment management work.
