In the modern enterprise management process, human resources informationmanagement has become a core element of enterprise development, improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises become intrinsic motivation factor. Human resourcemanagement and constantly optimize and establish flexible and efficient enterpriseinformation management, can effectively improve the efficiency of corporate human resourcesand management level. Optimization based human resources information management,strengthen enterprise information system, the establishment of efficient, safe and standardhuman resources information systems, the development of enterprises of great importance.In this paper, in order to extend the existing oilfield plant-based human resourcesituation for problems and shortcomings of the current human resource management, humanresource management situation analysis of information manufacturing industry, oil extractionplant, oil production plant personnel to manage business conduct detailed research, in-depthanalysis of operating conditions optimize the human resources information management,combined with oil production plant information management situation, establish requirementsanalysis, optimization and information systems design, construction and development of ideasproposed oil production plant human resources management system. The number of oilproduction plant management from requirements analysis, establishes the main structure,functional module design and database design, and operation of a brief analysis of the effect ofthe system, for oil production plant and human resource management model to optimize thedesign.Human resource management system designed to provide for an extension of theorganization and management activities oilfield plant-level human resources necessary tointegrate information and management systems, to achieve a computerized human resourcemanagement, human resource management can greatly improve work efficiency.
