Bosideng International Holdings Limited (the company, together with its subsidiaries, collectively refers to the Group), also known as Jiangsu Bosideng Trading Limited Company, which is China’s largest down apparel sales company. In recent years, the company implements the human resources information management mode compliance with the current situation to all domestic branches after the reform in order to achieve the automation of management, the integrated information system of the company is based on the information platform is established between Jiangsu Bosideng Total Trade Group Company and the major branches, including the human resources information management, financial information management, inventory goods information management, dealer franchise information management and the line information management of each department from head company to its branches. The Group Corporation manages the staffs’ information of all departments, which mainly processes the unified management and unified assessment of the staffs of all departments. The integrated information management system of the Group Corporation can achieve informational, scientific and networked human resources and integrated management, and standardized and intact information management. In addition, the informationization is inevitability for the development of the company, and is foundation of the unified management.The paper is based on this background reconstruction of the human resources information system of Jiangsu Bosideng Trading Limited Company, and gives priority to entering, store and maintaining of various kinds of information of human resources management between the Total Group Corporation and all branches, and analyses all kinds of business processes of the human resources information system in detail and functional requirement and non-functional requirement of this system. According to the characteristics of the company, planning and designing a system to support Jiangsu Bosideng Total Trading Company to manage the human resources information of all departments. In-depth analysis and design from the followings: cadre information management, post-management, personnel assignment, management of labor contract, the establishment of their related entity-relationship model, and the design of the related data base and interface prototype.After the completion of the system, it should reduce the consuming of the management cost of the separate and unified and integrated management of all departments, and should improve the authenticity and consistency of all personnel information and statistics, and more efficient deployment of the human resources.
