The development of human resources management is fundamental. In order to optimize the structure of human resources, and improving the operational efficiency of all enterprises, especially medium-sized enterprises have established their own human resources management information system. However, these different scales of human resources information system is there are many common structures. This goal is designed model to a common framework of corporate human resources system about the use of B/S based on the current network technology and database technology.Firstly, the thesis describes the background of the development of telecommunications in Wenzhou, Wenzhou Telecom would need to analyze the scale of human resource management; on this basis, introduced the B/S mode technology, ASP.NET development technologies, discuss the overall system requirements and database design method; and papers focused on the analysis of the general human resources management system architecture and common module functions. Focus on human resources management system login module, employee information management module, payroll information management module, contract management module, job management module, incentive management module, management module, and system management training modules and other parts of the detailed architecture design and performance optimization, especially data query technology to optimize the design. Finally, the thesis of the system implementation process.The telecommunications system is the use of human resource management three-tier architecture, design templates and modules, the system as a whole is divided into the data layer, middle layer and application layer, the system is designed to run efficient and fast data access features, and the system can better compatible with all applications, to achieve better.
