With the development of science and technology in the field of production,production logistics has become an important part of modern production, the productionlogistics system contains huge potential has attracted the attention of people. Especially intoday’s production costs increase gradually, people will be how to reduce the productioncost of eyes on the optimization of production logistics system. Optimize the productionlogistics system, can improve the production efficiency of enterprises, reduce productioncosts, compress inventory as far as possible, shorten the life cycle and accelerate the capitalturnover and improve enterprise competitiveness. Production logistics system is a complexdiscrete dynamic system, there are many problems in the process of system design andcontrol, and there are many uncertainty factors and production field. Therefore, in thispaper, a discrete manufacturing enterprise production logistics system as the researchobject, based on polychromatic graph theory and Flexsim production logistics systemmodeling and optimization. The detailed contents of the research are as following:Firstly, on the related theories of discrete manufacturing enterprise productionlogistics system and the theory of polychromatic graph were studied. Mainly introduces theconcept, characteristics and classification of production logistics, the influence factors ofmanufacturing enterprise production logistics system, content and objectives of theproduction logistics system optimization, the characteristics of discrete manufacturingenterprise production logistics system and structure, the problems existing in the discretemanufacturing enterprise production logistics system, the related content of polychromaticgraph theory, the modeling purpose of polychromatic graph theory and modeling process,etc., for discrete manufacturing enterprise production logistics system modeling andsimulation laid the foundation.Secondly, the enterprise case of motor assembly line, on the basis of investigation andanalysis of production logistics system, using the learned knowledge of industrial engineering to improve the motor assembly process, and then on the basis ofpolychromatic graph theoretical modeling principle, respectively from the perspective oflocal and overall motor assembly and assembly workshop logistics polychromatic graphmodel, through the establishment of polychromatic graph model of logistics, can detailedunderstanding of the motor assembly and assembly workshop internal elements and therelationship between the elements and associated.Lastly, we use Flexsim system simulation software for the motor assembly processsimulation. According to the actual production process of motor assembly line, to connectthe entity object of Flexsim simulation model, and the corresponding parameter Settingsfor each entity object, then run the motor assembly process simulation model, and analyzethe Flexsim simulation software of the output results, verify the feasibility of improvingprogram.
