With the rapid progress of contemporary logistics industry,logistics center,as the most basic and core key link in the logistics system,has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.However,in reality,there are many problems in the development of enterprise logistics.Part of the operation of the logistics center is manual completion,and there are also unreasonable ways of operation,such as low utilization of personnel and equipment,loading,unloading,handling and inspection of materials and other links take too long.On the premise of meeting the daily operation requirements of enterprises,how to reduce operating costs and improve the utilization rate of equipment are the key points for enterprises to further develop and enhance the market competitiveness.Therefore,the author puts forward the idea of simulating and optimizing the operation process of the traditional logistics center.This article discusses the current situation of M Communication company’s logistics center,and focuses on the inefficiency of its top operation process.In order to solve this problem,the simulation technology is used to analyze and improve the whole operation process,improve the work efficiency and optimize the operation process design of the logistics center.These improvement measures make the overall operation efficiency of the logistics center has been significantly improved.First of all,through the analysis of the basic situation of the logistics center of the communication company and the collection of relevant survey data,it is found that the main problem of the logistics center is the low efficiency of its top operation process.To be specific,uncertain arrival time of goods,large daily fluctuations in the number of goods arriving,and a large amount of time spent on goods processing in each functional area are among the reasons for the low efficiency of top operating processes.Secondly,aiming at the low efficiency of the top operation process of the logistics center of the company,FlexSim software is used for modeling and simulation,so as to determine the cause of the problem more accurately.Through simulation,the impact of factors such as arrival time of goods,quantity fluctuation of goods and processing time of functional area on operation process can be simulated,and specific data results can be obtained for verification.With the help of simulation technology,in-depth analysis of the problem and find a more effective solution.Thirdly,based on the characteristics of the operation process of the logistics center and the idea of process optimization,the problems in the operation of the logistics center of M Communication Company,including the accumulation of goods in the process of cargo unloading and transportation,the low efficiency of the scanning processor,and the serious blockage in the cargo heap area,were improved.Then,simulation operation and analysis were conducted according to the actual data and operation situation.On this basis,the operation process was adjusted and optimized,and the new operation plan was evaluated and compared by simulation method.Finally,according to the simulation results,the optimal solution is selected and implemented.It is found that the machine efficiency is significantly improved by optimizing the inspection area and scanning area,and the overall time of machine transportation of goods is greatly reduced.The effectiveness and practicability of the integration scheme were further tested,and the overall operation efficiency of the top operation process of the logistics center of M Communication Company was improved.At the same time,the work done in this paper can provide decision support and reference basis for the management and operation of the operation process of the logistics center,and provide an effective tool for the planning and design of the top operation process of the logistics center,and help enterprises to make more intelligent decisions. |
