Machined products of aviation enterprise have the characteristics of multi-variety,small batch and variable state,so the facilities layout is carried out according to the processing principles.But the layout of processing principles has the limitations of long material flow time and slow material transportation.This paper takes Z-composite UAV workshop as the research object,starting with the organization structure,management system,process flow,original factory layout and material handling route,and taking facility layout as the breakthrough point,analysing the existing problems in the production logistics system of processing workshop.In order to solve the problem that the material handling between regions is not smooth and there are too many crossing points in the transportation route in the production logistics system of Z machining workshop,firstly,according to the characteristics of enterprise production,the modified SLP combining SLP with EIQ is more suitable for pull production.And the order variety and quantity are introduced to form a modified SLP to provide reference for the selection of storage position in the facility layout scheme.Secondly,the logistic relationship and non-logistic relationship between the operation units in the processing workshop are rated,and the rating results are assigned and weighted.After that,the operation units are integrated to the mutual relationship diagram,and the optimization scheme of facility layout is designed on the logical framework of this diagram.Finally,based on the facility layout scheme,the computer simulation technology is used to simulate the model.By comparing the simulation results from three dimensions:equipment operation state,logistics intensity and transportation routeand,the final optimization scheme of production logistics system is screened out.The final simulation results verify the effectiveness of the facility layout and the feasibility of the layout scheme,which improves the efficiency of the production logistics system. |
