With the continuous development of global economy, modern enterprises have toface more and more new opportunities and challenges, how to seek new developmentpower is placed in front of the enterprises, which is an important problem in achanging market. In the course of China’s economic development, modern logisticsplays a very important role, because it is a very advanced management technology, atthe same time, it is a kind of very advanced organization way, with high-tech, whichimplements efficient economic operation. In modern logistics,warehousing is only astatic link, and it is a very important link, but with the development of economy andsociety, the warehousing management is gradually being ignored by managers ofenterprises, it is not seen as an important thing, because we constantly pursue lowstock even zero inventory. The development of modern logistics industry is asustainable process, as the core business, logistics warehousing industry also wants tohave a sustainable development process, especially with the high speedingdevelopment of the logistics industry, it puts forward higher demands for velocity ofcirculation of goods, modern requirements of the storage industry,especially for thestorage efficiency and warehouse layout settings and other aspects, so that the storageis very important and it cannot be eliminated.Through the study of the hall of Jilin Province traffic materials supply station, thispaper studies emergency goods out of storage conditions, and focus on the materialsupply station storage process is reasonable, on the foundation of investigation andstudy, on material supply station warehouse facilities layout reasonable hypothesisand simplification. This paper establish a material supply station logisticswarehousing concept model, and combines with the theory of queue, the materialsupply station logistics warehousing operation system are analyzed.This paper bases on the Flexsim simulation software, and the combination ofdiscrete event system modeling theory, in the material supply station logisticswarehousing system model based on empirical distribution parameters, to establish a material supply station warehouse logistics system simulation model. Running thesimulation model, we research some problem of logistics warehousing system, suchas buffer whether emergency supplies queuing phenomenon, the operator and theutilization rate of forklift and other issues, and the simulation results to the pie chart inthe form of output.This paper is a study of the hall of Jilin Province traffic materials supply stationwarehousing logistics warehousing operation process optimization problem. Throughthe simulation data analysis, find out the influence of material supply station logisticswarehousing system operating system bottlenecks, and analyzes the problem, to adjustthe layout and parameter and establish simulation model again and operationsimulation software Flexsim statistical analysis tool to output the simulation results.The application of simulation technology to hall of Jilin Province traffic materialssupply station logistics warehousing system, through the establishment of thesimulation model of the system, it can realize logistics system in model reflected, andcan run in real-time data monitoring, it can make the operation of logisticswarehousing system has a more profound understanding, in addition, it can be used asthe decision and optimization tool, to the reality of the logistics system to improve, inorder to reduce the cost of material supply station, so that the logistics system becomeperfect and has certain feasibility.
