Research And Implementation Of Digital Paper Archives System Based On WEB

In recent years,with the rapid development of social life,the number of paper archives has been accumulating and increasing.The management and utilization of a large number of paper archives deserve our attention.Traditional manual paper archives management will bring a series of problems,such as time-consuming and laborious inquiry of archives,easy damage of paper archives and large storage space.In order to get rid of the inconvenience brought by this mode,the digitization of paper archives emerges as the times require.Conpared with paper archives,digital electronic archives have obvious advantages,which are not only convenient to store,not easy to be tampered with,but also improve the speed of file query.Therefore,how to digitize paper archives has become an urgent problem to be solved.By combining computer technology,scanning technology and network information technology,the paper designs and implements a paper file digitization system based on WEB.Among them,by using TWAIN protocol as the basis of image acquisition protocol,the scanner supporting all TWAIN interfaces can scan paper archives quickly,and the TIFF file format is used as the final format of electronic archives to form a four-level indexing and querying mechanism for electronic archives.The network download of electronic archives based on HTTP protocol is realized,which effectively meets the requirement of archives map in the system.At the same time,in order to improve the defensive ability of the system,this paper aims at two kinds of current mainstream Web attacks:XSS attack and SQL inj ection attack,and improves the security of the system by "disinfection and filtering".In view of the current large number of research on the digital relevance of paper archives,the paper takes the enterprise archives of the industrial and commercial departments as the main body,realizes that under the B/S structure,the paper archives materials are scanned and inputted at one time to form electronic archives,and the electronic archives images are printed in batches,thus solving the problems of difficult management and utilization of paper archives.The paper archives digitization system based on WEB has been applied in practice,which satisfies the needs of industrial and commercial departments.The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the informationization level of enterprise archives management within the ind us trial and commercial departme nts,and enhance the co mprehe nsive management ability of archives.
