Design And Implementation Of Troops Electronic Archives Information Management System

The Chinese government attaches great importance to the army's informatization construction,and has invested a great deal of financial and material resources to provide support for the army's information construction.In the daily management of the army,the file management is very important,and it is also a weak degree of information technology.Although the army has arranged special personnel to manage the archives information,the efficiency of the management is not high and the utilization rate of the archives is not high because of the large number of files and miscellaneous types.These problems have brought a lot of work pressure to the file manager.In order to improve the management level of the army's archives and improve the degree of informatization,this paper designs the information management system of the army electronic archives.The system is developed by ASP.NET technology,which is popular now,and chose a stable three layer B/S architecture as the overall framework of the system.In order to improve the user experience,the system also uses AJAX technology and JQuery technology.Through this system,it can realize the information management of file arrangement,file destruction,file borrowing and so on.In view of the confusion of file management,the function of file arrangement is designed.The function can organize files uploaded by different users,and establish file volumes to classify and manage files.In order to make the file more timely,the system designed the function of file destruction.This function can destroy the files which Retention time exceeded the time limit and extend the storage time of the files.In order to improve the utilization ratio of files,the function of file borrowing is designed.The function can record the borrowing information and the return information of the files.The development idea of the system is software engineering.Before the development of the system,this paper analyzes the requirements of the army's electronic records management,and divides the types of users.In the system design phase,this paper focuses on the function division and the structure of the database table.In the system development phase,this paper focuses on the main functions of the implementation method,and through functional testing and performance testing were verified.
