Our country citizenconsciousness of supervision and efficiency of government cost consciousness areconstantly strengthened, at the same time, public security organs’ informationconstruction also deeply in the gradual expansion and, the above situation makes theactual needs of police work in fast changing, the traditional manual form of theperformance appraisal system has not fully meet the requirements of the present age.Electronic performance appraisal system with zero error rate, large amount of dataprocessing, processing speed and features such as the attention of authority management,continue to promote the transformation of the performance appraisal managementsystem by the artificial mode of the traditional to the computer information model,performance appraisal management system into the network already brook no delay.This paper designed and implemented a set of complete information system forperformance assessment of public security management, provides the basis forpromoting the informatization construction of public security organs. The policeperformance appraisal management system is developed based on WEB technology, thepersonnel management and performance appraisal unifies, has realized thereorganization and optimization of work flow and organization structure of the PublicSecurity Department of the public security department, all-round implementation ofperformance evaluation system of high efficiency and high quality, standard, transparentand fair.
