Real estate agent as an important branch of the real estate market is also growing along with the rise. In our real estate agent services also belong to the new emerging industries, although since1998there will be a real estate agent services, but before2008, real estate agent industry is not standardized, many intermediaries still in the traditional management model, the traditional business model the traditional philosophy. The face of rising newborn lot of real estate information, thanks to the traditional manual way limited decentralized information collection, collation, and the development needs of China’s real estate market, there is a big gap, resulting in a lot of information about the waste of resources, the lack of depth development and management of the use, difficult to play the advantages of the industry. With the development of information technology and market development needs but also to break the bottleneck of industrial development to improve development and the real estate agent’s own economic benefit, many of the modern real estate agents of their own development and application of a set of real estate agent management information systems.The system is based on the company’s real estate agent real estate brokerage management information system design as the background, development and design process has always been to develop a "simple, elegant, efficient, practical, safe and stable," the real estate agent management information system target. Application of computer networks, information technology, database, and other scientific knowledge of object-oriented, object-oriented analysis and object-oriented development methods, through UML (Unified Modeling Language) to design this system. First, from the development of domestic and foreign real estate agent service status quo, an overview of the system to solve the main problem, and then uses object-oriented analysis methods for detailed system requirements analysis, architecture design from system to system implementation part of the object-oriented methods and UML (Unified modeling Language) with a detailed description of the legend, solve object-oriented model to a database model transition. Achieve a release listing information, query listings, browse news and information, publish news and information, messages and other functions, and finally to real estate consulting, listing source pairs trading, real estate formalities, contracting, consulting and other related information and data processing becomes easy and convenient. Effectively achieve the real estate agent listings and other related information management, providing customers with professional and satisfactory quality of service, while improving their competitive advantage and create better economic benefits.Currently a variety of applications software system made a lot of high demand. The structural analysis of a conventional system designed volatile and unstable system module, the module is not high reusability. This in order to better meet user needs change. In this paper, an object-oriented analysis and object-oriented design (OOA&OOD) method, the system software and databases to achieve standardization, portability, reliability requirements, thereby improving the efficiency of system development to better shorten the software development cycle, the development of software reliability, scalability, and software reusability, object-oriented technology is a popular system analysis and design techniques. In this paper, the application of the software development process UML Unified Modeling Language, using Microsoft Visio software information related to real estate agent be categorized in accordance with the entity using the graphical representation, the resulting model is easy to understand the various stages of development in the software eliminating the conversion concepts and methods.
