Design And Implementation Of Information Systems For The Country's Real Estate Agent

At present,information technology has been applied to the social and economic departments and areas in our country,the rapid rise of the real estate industry,the traditional management mode has been difficult to adapt to the real estate market of multi-functional requirements.However,facing the whole country estate agents information system design and implementation of the real estate for each potential customer group,timely and accurate understanding of their needs,to grasp the market,real estate intermediary company's core competitiveness.In this paper,the research of real estate agents information management system based on WEB technology of construct the theory of knowledge and its related technologies.This system adopts B/S(Browser/Server)three layer structure,using the technique of ASP web development design,and visual modeling language UML.This system can meet the real estate agent and customer demand,for housing rental and sale of a broad market space.Real estate agent may,according to the demand of the market rental information,and to supervise and control the release of information.Agent can also houses matching query at the same time,is advantageous to the market of real estate resources integration and management,greatly convenient for homeowners with customers browse query related resources.In the aspect of system function design,the design for the customer management module,information management module,communication module and maintenance module.Administrators can realize the real estate basic information input,modify,delete,and other functions,at the same time the system account and manage user permissions.Finally,I tested the practical function successfully.This paper designed and implemented for nationwide real estate intermediary information system.This system is a simple operation,reaction shortcuts,friendly interface,powerful functions,easy to maintain the real estate intermediary information system.
