Through the management ofcustomer information, the enterprise expect that the better control of the process ofrental housing transaction. On the basis of System, scientific decision andstandardized management can be made by enterprise. With enhance the quality ofcustomer service and market competitive-ness, the value of state-owned assets couldbe increased.Based on customer relations management, the development process of realestate management information system of the Xi’an municipal construction anddevelopment company was described. In this paper, it was divided into4parts,include core function analysis, data table design, realize technology and functiontesting, to introduce the key-part of system design and implementation in detail.Firstly, the present situation of management information system which was basedon customer relationship was introduced. Secondly, based on WEB softwareengineering theory, the system analysis and design were presented which. The client&server mode was applied in System. The MySQL database software was applied forback-stage database. The HTML, Java and SQL etc programming language werechose as main programming languages to realization WEB pages and business processlogic. At last, the system running environment were listed. The system testingincluded function testing, compatibility testing, performance testing and safetytesting etc. |
