Oriented to the previous business management of Jiannan Company lacks of systematically information support, the business management system is developed and distributed. With the business expansion and product varieties keep increasing, it’s urgent for the company to do scientific and reasonable planning according to deep analysis of its business requirement, and to efficiently support its varied business management activities through completed information methods.This thesis states this system’s developed from the perspective of t software engineering principles, specifying the system’s requirements analysis, design and implementation with focuses on the following goals. Firstly it establishes completed manufacturing and raw material supply management capabilities which use manufacturing operation management as its core, and support the company’s manufacturing capability, material supply capability and inventory turning over capability through quantitative computing. Secondly, it efficiently supports and coordinates the company’s internal manufacturing resources, conducts consistence among business material flow, fund flow and information flow, and improves management efficiency and accuracy. Thirdly, it enhances fund operating capability and cost control capability of the business management, carries out accurate counting and analysis to business cost and efficiency, and provides important decision making basis for the managers. The system’s software structure uses three-layer module. The view layer uses common web browser as unit to improve the software’s adaptability and convenience. In operation logic layer, there’re many management modules such as comprehensive information analysis module, manufacturing operation management module, cost management module, purchasing and supply management module, inventory management module and supplier management module, etc. The system uses C#and SQL to implement application server and database server programming, which are easy to arrange and maintain.This system has been finished testing and its test run shows well in reaching anticipated developing target.
