Design And Implementation Of Business Operation Management System For Beiyue Company

Beiyue company is a small enterprise in the business of children clothes production. The important goal of its information management system development is to provide a strong support measure to lower its inventory level and raise its capital cycle efficiency. Under this background this thesis presents design and implementation of business operation management system for Beiyue company from perspective of software engineering.This thesis analyses this enterprise's order-driven operational mode and on this basis discusses the software's requirements with emphasis on production material purchasing, production process management and capital flow information management functions with detailed analysis and use case models. It presents the software design which global architecture is organized according to production management, purchasing and capital management modules. The production module has two layers each of which deals with production planning and scheduling respectively. The production material purchasing module is composed of check in/check out transactional sub-module and purchasing plan sub-module which executes the transactional data processing. The capital flow information management module is composed of receivable and payable capital processing sub-modules to deal with settlement transactions. The view management layer deals with information statistics based on the general graphical environment.Beiyue company's production, supply and sales management information system is programmed with C# and its database is SQL Server where the storage routine is programmed with T-SQL. The general running environment is.NET with Windows Server as the operating system at server side which is flexible and easy to deploy. The system's initial running and tests show that it reaches the expected objectives particularly providing good supports to Beiyue company's low inventory and high capital recycling goals.
