Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Company’s manufacturing schedule management system is a manufacturing management system driven by manufacturing plan, with consideration of manufacturing resources workload and practicability. This system provides an efficient and accurate manufacturing tasks’assign and arrangement analysis tool for manufacturing managers. It can conduct detailed schedule computing according to manufacturing plan and pre-set rules, distribute manufacturing tasks with balance, and provide accurate and practicable task arrangement scenarios for workshops’production lines.This paper discusses the system’s design and implementation according to software engineering developing procedure. First, it summarizes complicated mechanical products manufacturing management and informational achievements. About demand analysis, it mainly discusses the system’s manufacturing assignment distribution function, resources capacity analysis function, manufacturing assignment schedule management and execution management function, etc. and also gives main user cases. On the basis of production capacity analysis, it generates assignment schedule information. In system design, it finishes main software structure, database and main processing algorithm’s logic analysis and flow chart. In system software implementation, it briefly introduces main programs in client end and server end and the system’s test run.This system is developed by Java and Oracle database.
