Design And Implementation Of The Comprehensive Training System For Anhui Hwasu Corp

Nowadays, enterprise training is attached more and more importance. Various training agencies emerge in succession. With the purpose of pursuing profit, however, it’s impossible for enterprises, especially those modern ones with an extremely high level of automation, to be staffed with many full-time trainers to meet the enterprises’ training needs. Therefore, enterprises have to develop a comprehensive training system to solve that problem. Starting from the actual situation of Anhui Hwasu Corp. and considering the enterprise’s real training needs, this paper puts forward a comprehensive training system as the solution.Using the available internet resources within Anhui Hwasu Corp., the comprehensive training system is established as a network platform through which reading, training, testing and certifying can all be realized on line. The platform consists of two parts:one is backstage management and the other one is foreground display. In this paper, the author respectively elaborates the design and realization of both the two parts.The foreground display part consists of electronic library, test center, learning center, internal certification, notification and personal center. Through the electronic library and learning center, users can find appropriate learning materials and study online. They can also take simulation tests and query scores in the exam center. In addition, they can apply for internal certification online.Backstage management is the core of the system. Administrators can realize data maintenance backstage. In order to facilitate the management, each function module is designed with a concise and simple management interface. In this paper, the author describes how to realize the functions of backstage management in detail.After passing the test, the system currently has been put into use.
