Design And Implementation Of Online Training System Based On WEB

At present,most enterprises adopt the traditional way of on-site training.but with the increasing number of employees and the diversification of training needs,the training work is getting increasingly heavier,followed by a series of problems,such as low work efficiency,high training cost,high labor intensity,and taking the rest time of employees.Based on this,it is necessary to change the traditional way of training.We can use the resources of the Internet and combine with the training needs of the company to make new design to improve the ability of autonomous learning of employees and to make the training work more standardized and systematized.This system uses PHP as development language and Mysql as background database.According to the different user rights,the system users are divided into training administrators,teachers and students.The system module includes training manager module,teacher module and student module.The training manager module performs the functions of managing information of the teachers,students and training examination;the teacher module performs the functions of managing test bank,test paper and test paper evaluation;the student module performs the functions of online training,online examination and score query.Online training system will eventually change the traditional way of training and examination into the computer-based,independent way of training and examination,making teachers and students break through the limit of time and space so as to reduce teachers' heavy workload and improve the students' ability of autonomous learning.Through paper evaluation,the teacher can adjust the training courseware,training time,test questions and the difficulty of tests question in time to achieve the optimal training effect.Online training effect is better than the traditional training effect during the trial period.
