With the increasingly development of China’s economy as well as the competitionamong enterprises and companies, in order to take an advantage in the socialcompetition, managers must be strict with the management system and standardize theoperation of the business process, ensure the efficiency of completing each target, so asto realize the goal that comprehensively enhance its core competitiveness. However, itis far from enough to rely on the above items to develop the company. It cannot be donewithout the employee groups’ help, and their professional quality and skills areparticularly important for the development of the company. It requires that theemployees’ various kinds of skills must be improved and exercised, in order to meet itsdemand and utilization of the talents. Therefore, the company constantly strengthens therequirements of worker’s professional skills and other related qualities. Organizingworkers to participate in the company’s technical trainings has become an importantproblem concernning the development of the company and the workers. However, dueto the computer technology environment which has increasingly developed, through theusing of Employee Training Information Management System, not only can it bring anew method to train and manage the enterprises, but it is also an inevitable trend of thedevelopment of training informatization. In the management of training information,through the using of computers, it makes a management electronization of traininginformation. It is very convenient to train the trainees, and reduce the work of relatedtraining management departments, thus the work efficiency of training managementdepartments will be improved.The Employee Training Information Management System provides correspondingservice for enterprise units and training management departments, and it greatly meetsthe objective demands of the modern enterprise to staff training informationmanagement. This paper analyzes the contents and characteristics of Employee TrainingInformation Management System, and gives solution to the problem of this system. Thedeveloped system of this topic makes full use of ASP, SQL Server2005and Microsoftdevelopment tools. First of all, it makes a relevant analysis of this training system, andthen makes a demand analysis. Then, it designs the division of module and database,and makes it workable. Finally, it makes the corresponding test of this system. This system can help the manager to process and analyze accurately and timely the largeamounts of complicated information and data, reducing the labor intensity ofinformation processing, and making a qualitative leap of the means of management. Itchanges the traditional information management into a new one which is integrated,paperless, digital and intelligent. It also laid a solid foundation and good environment tomake Employee Training information Management System perfect.
