With the ore-dressing production technology continues to evolve, ore-dressing production process computer control system is also rapid upgrading to keep up with the pace of progress by the Ore-dressing Technology. Due to the differences and complexity of ore-dressing processes, some problems lead to the ore-dressing production process computer control system software. For example, the R&D cycle is long, the program reusability is poor, and program maintains, upgrades, transplants difficulty.Modular design are built on the basis of function analysis of a certain range of products within which have different functions or the same function, different performance,different specifications. Modular design divides and designs a series of functional modules, then, constitutes the different categories of products through the selection and combination of modules in order to meet market demand. In this article, innovative, modular approaches are used in the design of the production process computer control system software. This thesis develops the functional modules to meet the requirements of beneficiation process, also solves the existing problems in the conventional control system software. After that, using of these modules, this thesis designs and develops JingTie Mountain computer control system software, overcomes many difficulties and completes the of the project development work. Through the field test showed that the control system is operating normally and achieving designed function. Ensuring the copper choose the stable operation of the production process. Meeting the site control needs. In this thesis, completed the following work:1. After analysis of the advantages of the ore-dressing production process computer control system software and modular design method, this thesis comes to the conclusion that modular design can solve the control system software problems, putting forward innovative idea of combining the modular design and control system software. Besides, we put forward modular design steps.2. According to the modular design steps, I have designed a software function modules of the computer control system for beneficiation production process. On the basis of in-depth analysis of control system software, function module is divided into different categories according to function, such as System monitoring function module, data acquisition function module, equipment procedures function module, structured PID function module, third-party communications function module. Based on Siemens S7-300system, this article has designed means of communication between the PLC redundant systems, as well as the different modules.3. This thesis develops different types of function module. On Siemens WinCC and Step7platform, this thesis develops different types of function module, including System monitoring function module, data acquisition function module, equipment procedures function module, structured PID function module, third-party communications function module. In addition, the thesis describes system software configuration, and complete the program development work. Describing the configuration between PLC and third-party equipments, and developing its program. At last we describe key practical technology in developing control system software.4. Using functional modules which developed with Modularization Idea, we apply them to JingTie Mountain Copper Ore-dressing production process computer control system. In a very short working period, the system ensures the normal operation of the production process, meets Ore-dressing production process requirements. It has made a very significant effect.
