The Fieldbus control system was put into use in the 90's last century ,is a rapid momentum of rapid development, is currently the world's newest control system. The Fieldbus control system is a hot technology in the field of the automation , which is being paid more and more attention by users and automatic equipment manufacturer . The emergence of the Fieldbus control system will bring another revolution in the field of automation, the depth and breadth will be over any time of history, thus creating a new era of automation. The German company Siemens PCS7 process control system is a fieldbus control system model, which its procedures designed to be simple in view of high reliability, configuration flexibility and adaptability of the industrial environment and the characteristics of modern China in the field of industrial automation is playing an increasingly important role.The Anhui Liying Electric Company is an emerging high-tech automation engineering company, primarily engaged in industrial automation engineering design of the secondary and production. Its products has been widely used in oil, petrochemicals, power, water, metallurgy, machinery, building materials, and other fields. In the field of industrial automation control has certain influence.This topic is for the status which the current in production of chemical materials commonly used the traditional control system . Anhui Liying Electric Company adopted advanced fieldbus control syetem of the world's advanced technology—Germany's Siemens PCS7 process control system combined with its famous configuration monitoring software development WTNCC ,designed the new additive materials - nano calcium carbonate Fieldbus control system. This system realizes the production of nano calcium carbonate continuous control, in order to achieve higher precision and technology, we have proposed open-loop control and close control consistency control program, thus allowing the system to achieve the open-loop and closed-loop control of combining control and sequence control and emergency control and continuous chain integrating process control, local control and remote control combination, thereby controlling precision has been improved, the real time can also meet the higher control requirements, ensuring product quality nano calcium carbonate stability and high reliability products.More than a year of actual operation , the entire system showed good stability and flexible operational, the system fully already met expectations of the customer ,and to the industrial production of nano calcium carbonate added a new success story.
