It's very meaningful to carry on automatic monitoring in ore dressing precess to promote the level of production management,ensure the production safety,increase production benefit,economize resource,etc.In recent years,along with the improvement of ore dressing technology and equipments,the higher requirement is needed for production process monitoring and equipment management.On the other hand,along with the development of control theory,computer and communication technology,as well as the successful application of computer supervisory systems,the site instruments are developing toward the digital,information and intelligent,which makes monitoring perfected gradually.Industry control networks based on PLC,FCS are formed.Firstly this thesis analyses the project background and application status,and then present the actual circumstance of the iron mine and mineral processing. Meanwhile, according to the circumstances and actual requirement of Shenkeng iron mine in Heyuan,proposed a system architecture according to the needs analysis.At last,elaborates in detail the data acquisition layouts and software design courses.There are all intrinsically safe data acquisition sensors in the bottom of the system,which uses Omron PLC as lower PC.In the upper PC,uses KingView configuration software of Wellintech Co.Ltd in Beijing as monitoring software.The system communicates by FCS,and can monitor real time,which has an office automation function.The system also provides inquire and print function,as well as alerting as the need.The monitoring system designed in this thesis have been used in the actual for about one years.According to the operation result,the system greatly improves the iron mine's automation level,guarantees the safety of production and save the production cost.
