Early in nineteenth Century50time, western developed countries appeared appraisalsystem, which is the origin of performance appraisal. The earliest establishment ofevaluation system is that the era of industrial economy is extremely developed in England,at that time the British officials raised the pay raise basically is to look at thequalifications and work experience, in the work no matter how officials do, finally allpeople together to promotion or a raise, causing officials redundant surplus, work outputand lack of passion, the efficiency is very low. The British government had to implementthe official system reform, based on the performance and contribution to promotion or araise assessment system was born. The system of comprehensive assessment of allofficials, subdivision of many indexes, one by one examination, finally synthesizes allindex obtained evaluation results, officials of the lifting and treatment to decideaccording to the assessment results. Assessment system implemented in less than twoyears, can improve the working enthusiasm of all officials, but also raised the officialwork efficiency and promoted their own quality and the ability of officials. Britishofficials evaluation system for successful implementation, as advertised by other westerncountries, America in the70’s also follow the example of Britain created the officialassessment system, and achieved the anticipated effect. Then other countries learn fromthe successful experience of the UK and American, created the official assessmentsystem of every hue.The enterprise is like the government officials. Employee performance managementis an important component of human resource management and has an important impactin the management of the company’s overall quality and efficiency. Scientific andefficient management of employee performance can improve internal employeemotivation, creating greater economic benefits for the enterprise, to promote healthycompetition within the company. With the development of information technology, thecurrent manual or semi-manual management methods have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of modern enterprises, so how to use information technology tools tocomputer software technology, network communication technology enterprise employeeperformance management of information technology and digitization is one of theimportant process of enterprise information challenges facing our country.College is the cradle of creating talents for the country and the teacher plays a veryimportant role in cultivating talents, so the college teacher performance appraisal isessential. In this thesis, the human resource management of university teachers is studied,and using the theory and methodology of software engineering in the analysis of theentire development process of the system, Including system requirements analysis, design,core function module design and implementation of function, functional testing and so on.The technical framework of the system if PHP, MySQL and Apache framework, theoverall architecture of the system uses B/S architecture, the operating environment for thecompany’s internal LAN.Firstly, the basis of relevant theories related to the system implementation process isanalysis and researched, Including the B/S architecture, C/S architecture, PHP+MySQL+Apache development technology, Javascript client dynamic page developmenttechnology. Secondly, from the point of functional requirements, the demand for bothnon-functional requirements of the system analysis are introduced in this thesis, and onthis basis of above, a summary of the detailed design of the system is introduced,including design principles, the overall system architecture design, functional frameworkdesign and database design, etc. Finally, based on the core functionality of the systemdescribed above, the design and implementation process module of the system areintroduced in detail, including the aspects of user login, organizational structuremanagement, job information management, performance appraisal rules, objects,evaluation management, statistical analysis and performance evaluation results, etc. Andthe functional testing and performance testing results of the analysis of the system is alsodescribed in this thesis.
