In the field of enterprise management core composition includes human resourcemanagement information system, the birth of human resource management informationsystem is the product of The Times, is the larger in order to improve enterprise humanresources management efficiency of products. The concept of human resource managementinformation system is to reduce the manpower cost to achieve the goal of unified managementof human resources information, it requires enterprise information related to the human as thebasis of decision making, to achieve and communication needs of users, together with otherrelated systems to complete related work.Existing scientific way is timely adoption of human resource management informationsystem, through which can be done perfect for human resource related organization, trainingand allocation, make the employees to give full play to the subjective initiative, theenterprise’s human resources at the same time keep on optimal allocation proportion. Inhuman resource management information system of normal work at the same time, also canhelp enterprise managers accurate collecting enterprise human information.This system uses the Sun’s J2EE architecture, and in the framework of Struts, Hibernateas persistence layer, component MVC architecture of Web application system is discussed.And discusses the design pattern and framework technology, designs and realizes the humanresources management information system based on Struts+Hibernate, laid the foundationfor later research and practice. This system combined with the actual situation of relevantenterprises and the existing resources and human resources information management theory,such combination used to eliminate the disadvantages of alone these architecturaldevelopment system, both in terms of the overall structure of the simple and from complexlocal business model, by using the combined application of Struts and Hibernate frameworkdeveloped information system can get lower coupling, but also improves the maintainabilityand flexibility.This system is a human resource management information system based on Struts+Hibernate architecture. The main part of this paper are: enterprise staff employee information,enterprise recruiting talent management, the management of the enterprise staff training, staffreward and punishment management, enterprise employee compensation management, the management of the enterprise internal related file transfer, human resource managementinformation system of management, enterprise employees self management module. Will andthe enterprise human information collected form consistent with the data source at the sametime, help enterprise HR complete human resources management and allocation is the essenceof this system. This paper completed the following work: based on Struts+Hibernate buildmulti-tier Web application system framework and the study of the theory of the associatedwith it; For each component of the enterprise human resources information managementsystem can reach the paper discusses the use of the; According to the demand was designedand implemented a human resources management information system.
