Since 2000, the human resource of SG Company has organized for itself. The human resource involves many speciality managements such as human affair, file, attendance, salary, training, insurance and contract, but there weren't effective information communication. So speciality management is obturated, and there is exchanged information and working mistakes. To change the status of the human resource management and realize resource and information's sharing, SG Company decided to develop a uniform human resource management system. The main business of it concludes organization management, employee configuration, training management, salary management and so on.The system is based on J2EE frame, taking Struts+Spring+Hibernate as basic frame. Many modern and mature key techniques are used in this system, such as Struts, and so are the important components like J2EE and container. And SG Company human resource management system is made up of all the things above which realizes the basic functions of the system and concludes the main work of education training. It can complete the process from training demand survey to simple training summary. It can also realize the insert, modify and query of the employees' training information, and recode the process of the training for employees which reinforces the communication between employees and promotes the development of the employees and the enterprise. Meanwhile, the implementation of the system makes the education training working more regular, which make the base for the next development.In the thesis firstly the challenge of the enterprise human resource management is analyzed. Then the working content and the importance of human resource management are put forward. The analysis of the training demand is taken as the element, and the design principle and target are introduced. Then the architecture and the technique frame of the system are analyzed and studied. In the detailed design phase, the design process of the education training management subsystem is introduced, and the solution of the process implementat ion is given. Finally, the suggestion for basic users developing a training effect estimate system is put forward.
