Food safety and people’s health, social stability and development is closely relatedto the state. From the logistics point of view, the food safety problem arises due todeterioration in preservation of logistics distribution caused by the weak. To solve theproblem of visible distribution limitation is restricted by the food distribution in theprocess of compression, cold chain logistics distribution process in time, ensure thedelivery during cold storage food quality, plays an important role in food security. Therefore, this article from the perspective of logistics, research in recent years, the cold chain logistics of food storage shelf in a wide range of relatively weakdistribution links and important. To process optimization for thought, in the cold chainlogistics enterprise A as an example, on the basis of combining theory with practice, inview of the entire cold chain logistics distribution process is studied for the content. Methods of empirical analysis and Petri net modeling combined with the researchprocess, using Petri net compared to other mathematical definition, simulation modelingtools are unique to matrix analysis theory and method, distribution process to instancesof the A enterprise selection analysis of the Petri net modeling, the Petri net model of Aenterprise, in the find out the subnet "synchronization" in the optimization problems ofthe bottleneck link, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve thecoordination of subnet, so as to realize the optimization of cold chain logisticsdistribution process efficiency. With the continuous development of cold chain logistics, distribution process will continuously detailed and complex, the simple Petri net analysis method will be difficultto solve such problems, using more advanced Petri net analysis will be the inevitabletrend of development in the future.
