The improvement of the level of economic development and the change of residents’ consumption concept have promoted the development of the low-temperature dairy industry,among which the cold chain logistics plays an important role in the supply chain.Low-temperature dairy products require the low-temperature control of the whole process of the production side,the distribution side,and the demand side,thus forcing enterprises to continuously improve the supply chain links,so as to improve the core competitiveness and customer adaptability.At present,the cold chain logistics infrastructure is insufficient,low temperature dairy products market demand and regional distribution characteristics,strong perishable,unreasonable route planning,high distribution cost,short distribution radius and environmental negative externalities to some extent limit the development of the enterprise,which caused the academic problem about distribution center,logistics cost optimization,social benefits,etc.In this study,considering the problems of multiple distribution centers of DY Company,selecting three implementation schemes of multiple distribution centers,and finding out the optimal implementation scheme of multiple distribution centers and cold chain logistics distribution path of DY Company through mathematical modeling and simulation optimization analysis.The specific contents are as follows:(1)through the literature combing of cold chain logistics distribution,multiple distribution center solution and VRP algorithm,after summarizing the reference significance of existing research,designed the research framework,research method and technology roadmap of optimization of cold chain logistics distribution path of DY company considering multiple distribution centers by relying on the research subject;elaborated the related concepts of dairy cold chain logistics and vehicle path planning,and the basic theories of resource integration and optimization theory of multiple distribution center involved in the study.(2)This paper analyzes the current development status of DY cold chain logistics,the implementation scheme of multi-distribution center,unreasonable route planning,low customer satisfaction and reduces the objective optimization model of integrating fixed cost,transportation and cooling cost,cargo loss cost,time window cost and carbon emission cost into the total cost,and designs the improved genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm based on the theoretical support and problem result,and verifies the advantages of the algorithm through the CVRP example experiment.(3)According to the coordinates of the car yard and demand point,demand demand,time window and other relevant information of DY Company’s cold chain logistics distribution,as well as the parameters involved in the model,Optimize the initial scheme,center of gravity partition method and distribution center resource integration scheme respectively,It is concluded that the optimized cost of the three schemes is better than the actual distribution cost;By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the different schemes,It is concluded that the distribution center resource integration scheme is the most suitable multi-distribution center scheme for DY dairy cold chain distribution,Compared with the other two schemes,this scheme can help DY company to achieve the goals of reducing distribution costs,improving customer satisfaction and resource utilization efficiency,and improving the negative externalities of the distribution link on the environment,The optimal distribution path of vehicles under this scheme is also given.The research results show that by optimizing the cost structure and solving the simulation algorithm of the DY cold chain logistics vehicle path problem in the context of multi-distribution center system,the company can provide a cold chain logistics distribution path better than the initial scheme,that is,the cold chain logistics distribution path with the resource integration of the distribution center.This scheme can reduce the number of refrigerated vehicles from 10 to 7,under the constraints of transportation,refrigeration and cargo loss,and correspondingly reduce the use of distribution center resources such as personnel and information.Finally,the total cost of a single distribution will be reduced from2660.68 yuan before optimization to 1948.03 yuan,with an optimization range of 26.78%.
