The O2O model for supermarket enterprises have become a trend in recent years,and the emergence of cold chain logistics offers further guarantees for the freshness of agricultural products.The O2O model of agricultural cold chain logistics distribution path has become the focus of attention for supermarkets.But Some problems also emerged: in terms of the total distribution cost of supermarket enterprises,there is little room for optimization in distribution path planning;In terms of consumer shopping needs,dynamic demand for orders,freshness of produce and timeliness of delivery are becoming more and more important.Based on the above problems,the optimization of the cold chain logistics distribution route of commercial supermarket agricultural products under the O2O model studied in this paper has practical significance.Firstly,the current situation of O2O mode agricultural cold chain logistics distribution at home and abroad is analyzed.It is proposed that the use of multiple distribution centers by supermarkets and meeting the dynamic needs of consumers will be considered and the cold chain logistics distribution path for supermarkets’ agricultural products under the O2O model is optimized.The concept of agricultural products and cold chain logistics are introduced,and the characteristics of cold chain logistics distribution of agricultural products model are provided under the O2O.The dynamic vehicle path optimization problems with time windows studied in this paper is analyzed,and the commonly used algorithms for the Vehicle Routing Problem are listed.This paper focuses on analyzing the circulation mode of agricultural products under the O2O mode and the circulation mode of agricultural products in supermarkets,and proposes the distribution of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in supermarkets and supermarkets under the O2O mode.Secondly,construct an optimization model of agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution path under O2O mode and analyze the time window and consumer satisfaction factors.A bi-objective optimization models is constructed to minimize the total cost of supermarket distribution in terms of vehicle usage costs,transport and refrigeration costs,penalty costs,distribution center costs and cargo damage costs.In order to further improve the satisfaction of consumers and meet the demands of dynamic orders of consumers,the dynamic information strategy of batch processing and the two-stage optimization update strategy of dynamic path are proposed.Finally,a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed by improving the existing genetic algorithm while introducing the hill climbing algorithm to enhance its local search capability.The superior performance of the hybrid genetic algorithm is verified by example tests.Aiming at the actual case analysis of the D enterprises in the supermarkets in Shinan District,Qingdao,the hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the results show that compared with the logistics distribution scheme,considering the dynamic demand scheme of consumers,the distribution cost of the supermarket enterprises is reduced and the consumer satisfaction is improved.Under the O2O mode,the cold chain logistics distribution path of the supermarket agricultural products is optimized.
